30-Day Glee Challenge: Day 01

Your favorite female character.

My favourite female character would probably be Brittany S. Pierce. I think she's hilarious and that she definitely deserves more scenes about her. (I'd like to point out right now that I've only watched the first season and the first four episodes of the second season. She might've gotten more scenes, but I don't know.)
She's totally clueless, and quite dim at times, but I think that that's what makes her adorable and hilarious. Everything she says puts a little grin on my face (props to the actress, Heather Morris. I heard most of her lines were improvised.) I loved Brittany in the Brittney Spears episode, and I would love it if future episodes focused on her.
In a way, I feel bad for her. She's so clueless at times in the show and I'm amazed that she's been able to pass her classes. Actually, when I think about it, she could be booksmart, or "intelligent", without being "smart." There's a difference, I swear! I would love to see an episode where a subject comes up and Brittany knows all about it. (And by "subject," I mean something other than hairography.)

Another character I love is Mercedes. She's totally awesome! I love how confident she is with her body. I'm confident with mine as well, but not that confident, and I definitely respect her for that. I love that she's a diva and that she's so close with Kurt. She was so supportive when he came out to her. That's another thing about her that I respect. I really wished that the relationship she had with Puck was legitimate, instead of Puck just using her to stay popular. I think she could've easily straightened him out!
I also love that she took Quinn in during the last part of her pregnancy. I really don't like Quinn, but I respect what Mercedes did for her. I know I've been using the word "respect" a lot here, but I have nothing but respect and admiration for Mercedes.
I hope that there will be another episode concerning body image, particularly her body image. I know that there was an episode like that in season 1, but I didn't really think it covered the subject that well.
